If I were a plant
in the Garden of Life,
I would have to be a
prickly cactus.
Cacti are a great symbol
for survivors of trauma.
They are hardy. It's almost impossible to kill a cactus, because they have learned to survive in the harshest environments. Cacti need space, if you over water or get too close, one or both of you will end up hurt.
I may be destined to be a prickly cactus, but that might just be a wonderful thing! Like a cactus, I am also strong, resilient, compassionate, and a resource to anyone thirsty for healing and lost in the desert of post-trauma despair.
Joyful Cactus Coaching says to every survivor of trauma:
We can heal our pain!
We can embrace ourselves as we are!
We can be joyful people, too!

How It Works
I will support you as you gain self awareness and overcome challenges, helping you get the results that you want. All one-on-one coaching is 100% customized to your needs and desired outcome. You can transform your thinking and reclaim your joy by exploring your core beliefs and values.
At your own pace, we'll walk step-by-step to find the solutions that are right for you. You’ll see clearly the roadblocks keeping you from living your best, most joyous life, and together we will crush them into dust!
Coaching is most effective when you're in a stable place in your life. If you're in a place of emergency or urgent need, I recommend you seek help from your primary care doctor or therapist.
One-on-one coaching sessions are between 45min - 75min, with
phone, evening and weekend hours available for your convenience.

I offer in-person coaching in Austin, Texas and virtual sessions worldwide!
For locals, let’s meet in a comfortable cafe or coffee shop. Once we’ve decided to work together, we can also meet at my home office in South East Austin for a more cozy coaching environment. Parking is always available and my office is wheelchair accessible. You’ll be greeted with hot tea or fruit infused water as you recline with a blanket or heated slippers. Personal growth never felt so good!
I do have a friendly papillon dog named Luna and a loving cat named Daniel Tiger. If you see this as a fluffy friend perk, come on by! If you see allergy central, you might want to stick with a cafe or shop nearby. Or we can connect via phone or zoom.

Testimonials
Rebecca Diana is a stellar coach you guys! I just recieved a session yesterday that left me so excited, hopeful, confident, and ready to bust into 2020 with a new biz plan for some upcoming projects and endeavors that have been brimming in me for a long time.
Thanks to her expert ability to let me go slow as I needed to get to me core ideas and needs for these plans I have, we ended up getting so much done! Ironic how that works. A good coach makes all the difference. Get your clarity and actionable next steps with Joyful Cactus!
I recommend Rebecca for her ability to use her empathy, wisdom & kindness to encourage others to step into their power.
Rebecca’s coaching style is a fit for everyone. She’s caring, insightful, wise beyond her years, and so very nonjudgmental. I’m a 30 year old woman who’s living a healthy, happy life but knows there’s always room for improvement. I personally was struggling with the idea of children- when/if/how many- and Rebecca was a compassionate mirror at times, as well as being a guide and teacher at others.
She gave extremely helpful homework assignments, listened deeply, and gave absolutely amazing feedback and guidance. To anyone, ever, that’s looking for someone to listen, give insights, help them through any trials or emotional tribulations- Rebecca Diana and her Joyful Cactus Coaching is 100% the business to choose!
Joyful Cactus Coaching was the first stepping stone to my healing and recovery. Rebecca is there to listen with compassion and empathy. I don't know what condition I would be in now if it weren't for her. I needed someone to hear my truth, my true life story, and feel validated. I was in shambles at the time, because I awakened out of denial. Rebecca was my go-to from the first session. She listens without judgement. It was like talking to a best friend when I had absolutely no one else in my life I could trust and had eliminated, family and friends altogether.
Rebecca was the lifeline I needed. Thanks to her, I found a LCSW therapist I consult with weekly. She is a coach who can listen and empathize because she has helped pave the way in her own life experiences. Having been in the trenches of survival herself, she can understand what you're going through. Rebecca has found a special way of serving anyone in need of guidance. I have been able to release tears from childhood neglect and abandonment because of the safe space she offers and her unique props she has in her home. Her nurturing soft voice is soothing to the soul and inner child we all have within. Her mix of therapeutic modalities offer a complete touch and attention to your overall needs.
Rebecca helped me so much through my journey over the past couple years. I am so thankful for her and her beautiful wisdom and tender guidance. She's such a gift to people with healing hearts! I love her.
I am beyond grateful for Rebecca this year! She taught me so much and helped me align my focus and made me stronger for it. Thankful that I have had the opportunity to work with her during this time - such a beautiful silver lining!
